Tim Gilbert
Tim has over 20 years’ experience in privately owned and plc recruitment firms. Having spent his early career at Michael Page Tim joined EMR, a specialist marketing recruitment firm, rising to become their managing director. The business grew extensively and he was part of the team that sold EMR to a private-equity backed recruitment group in 2008. Having led a successful integration program in 2009 Tim went on to lead the UK business of Ambition, the Australian ASX listed professional services recruitment firm. As part of the senior UK leadership team at Robert Walters he led the expansion of their specialist marketing and sales divisions and delivered growth in their Projects, Change and Technology practices. Prior to joining NP Group Tim was group managing director of VMA, a specialist communications search firm with offices in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific. Tim leads Sales Operations and the commercial aspects of our business at NP Group.
