Citrix is a global software company that needed to transform their recruitment process across APAC. They relied too much on recruitment agencies and there were too many inefficiencies in the process to make it sustainable.
We implemented a tailored recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) solution to help them acquire talent more effectively than ever. We created a Recruitment Centre of Excellence, redesigned and implemented a new recruitment process, optimised their ATS (WorkDay) and rolled out a hiring manager training programme.

The Challenge
Citrix is a multinational software company with over 8,000 employees and 400,000 clients worldwide. Within the APAC region, their recruitment processes were unsustainable. They relied too much on recruitment agencies and the inefficiencies in the process were just too high.
They needed to transform their recruitment process into a cost effective and time efficient direct hiring model. They wanted to see a reduction in recruitment agency hiring by 50%, reduce their time to hire from 58 to 40 days and be able to measure just how efficient their recruitment process really was.
They turned to NP Group’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing solution to disrupt their processes and acquire talent more effectively than ever before.
The Solution
The brief from the client to us was clear: transform our recruitment. So that’s exactly what we did. We created a Recruitment Centre of Excellence where a new recruitment process was designed, deployed to 16 countries and then centrally managed. We optimised their ATS (WorkDay) for end-to-end recruitment life cycle efficiency and rolled out a hiring manager training programme to improve the process delivery and engagement.
Using our RPO solution, we deployed 10 on-site talent acquisition consultants across APAC who managed RPO services into 16 countries. They each had a background in technical recruitment in the local areas and were placed perfectly to help Citrix get ahead of the competition when it came to their recruitment.
The Results
Through our unique cost model and on-site expertise, we achieved the following:
